Operating Times
Tours operate 364 days a year. No tours on December 31st.
The first bus from the downtown Loop starts at 9:30am from Stop #1 and last bus at 4:30pm.
The Uptown Loop starts at 10:00am from Stop #11 (Times Square North) and last bus at 4:00pm.
Times are subject to change. Delays possible due to heavy traffic.
The Brooklyn Loop operates between 10am and 3pm every hour- (Summer); and 10am, 12pm and 2pm during Winter.
The Harlem Loop operates between 10am and 3pm every hour- (Summer); and 10am, 12pm and 2pm during Winter.

Uptown Loop - 2 1/2 hours
Brooklyn Tour - 1 hour 30 minutes
The Night Tour operates from 7pm to 9pm every 30 mins. during the summer and 6pm to 8pm every 30 mins. during the winter.
Cruise schedule- Cruises depart every 30 minutes.
Nov- Apr-start time 10am with last departure 4pm.
May-Oct-start time 9:30am with last departure 5pm.
Reservation Notes
Reservations are NOT needed or accepted. Tickets can be used on any operating day within 6 months of the purchase date. Vouchers not accepted on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve.

Redeem vouchers at the start of the tour (M&M World Stop -7th Ave & 48th St) or at Welcome Center inside Madame Tussauds 234 W 42nd St, New York, NY 10036 / Open Daily from 8am to 5pm.

Child Ticket: Ages 3 to 12 yrs. Children under 3 ride Free.
Notes
+ Reservations are not required. Seats are first come, first served. Allow extra time for getting around, as New York can be very congested.
+ Discounts are available for groups of 20 or more. For more information on group sales, please call Robin Beede at 305-304-7451.
+ ADA recommendations & accessibility: All buses are ADA compliant.
+ Passes are valid for 3 consecutive days. + The tour guide on the bus will announce each stop by number and location. Please refer to the map that comes with your eTicket to plan which stops you would like to hop-off.
+ Tickets MUST be kept in a safe place; if a ticket is lost a replacement cannot be reissued.
+ The company reserves the right to deviate from the route of a service where reasonably prudent to do so in the light of circumstances beyond the company's control.
