"This way please" - we will greet and seat you at your own table and take your drink orders. Then feel free to get up and explore the ship - especially our outdoor strolling decks.

Bon Voyage! - As the ship pulls away from the dock, grab your streamers and your drinks and join our City Cruise entertainers in a festive Bon Voyage toast.

Bon Appetit - Once you've been invited up to our Grande Buffet, take as little or as much as you like. You can even go back for seconds and thirds as long as the buffet is open!

Parking

Uber and Cabs are encouraged as it is very busy at the Wharf and has limited parking. There is limited metered street parking on M St. 1104 4th St. in the Safeway Garage is about a 2 1/2 block walk to the pier. Also 7th St. Wharf Garage is about 3 blocks from the pier. Parking fees run anywhere from $25 and up. Waterfront Green Line Metro is within easy walking distance - just three blocks from the pier.

COVID-19 Notifications: As we get back to business, we've examined the guest experience and included our decades-long operational know-how and standards to ensure maximum enjoyment and safety for our guests.
Contactless Check-in: Electronic delivery of tickets where possible and extended boarding times for social distancing. Entertainment:Guests will enjoy light background music throughout the cruise. Group size per group limitations vary by location: 50 guests in DC per group. Symptomatic: Guests who self-report they are experiencing any symptoms indicative of COVID-19 will not be permitted to board the vessel.

City Experience Cruises are handicap accessible. Please advise us prior to departure date to insure you are seated on the appropriate deck. If date change is necessary please contact Customer Service at least 48 hours in advance. All cruises sail rain or shine. Coffee and tea are included in your ticket price.
