The Big Bay, as locals call San Diego Bay, boasts some of America's most historic ships such as the U.S.S. Ronald Reagan and the U.S.S. Midway. It also plays host to scenic sights of the Coronado Bay Bridge and Seaport Village, to name just a few. San Diego Bay is home for wildlife such as Blue Heron, Sea Lions, Pelicans and more.

You will appreciate the style and excellence in guest experience Hornblower is well-known for. From it's beginnings in 1980 as a two-ship operation to the fleet of 29 it is today, Hornblower has focused on exceeding the expectations of it's guests, and on maintaining the highest standards of safety and comfort.

This cruise is currently only offering outdoor seating options only. We are fortunate to have beautiful outdoor decks that are available for sightseeing on San Diego Bay. Food and beverage service will be available at outdoor tables. Access to the outer decks is by stairs only and you will have access to restrooms. We have great weather on the bay but we would just recommend you bring a hat, light sweater or jacket and of course your shades!

5 Star Public Parking: Corner of Pacific Highway and Broadway and across from the Santa Fe Depot on Pacific Highway: 0 to 1 hour: $5.00; 1 to 10 hours: $10.00; 10 to 24 hours: $12.00; 5pm to 2am: $5.00 (Weekends and Holidays until 2am); USS Midway Parking Lot: $7.00 all day; There are also metered spots directly across from ticket booth. The meters have a 3 hour max Monday to Saturday until 6:00 pm. The meters are free after 6:00 pm and on Sundays.

Age Requirements

All ages welcome. Minors require adult supervision. Passengers over 18 years of age are required to have valid photo identification available at boarding.

Covid Safety Precautions: All guests are required to wear masks/face coverings when on board as they are interacting with others who are not members of their household. **Cloth face coverings are not required under on young children under age 2, and anyone who has trouble breathing. Face masks required for travelers in public areas, Face masks required for guides in public areas, Hand sanitizer available to travelers and staff, Social distancing enforced throughout experience, Regularly sanitized high-traffic areas, Gear/equipment sanitized between use, Transportation vehicles regularly sanitized.

Dress in layers for comfort. Bring a Camera. Allow enough time for traffic and parking. Seating on the yacht is on a first come, first served basis. Departure times vary for North and South Bay 1 hour harbor cruises. For a small additional fee take in the sights of both the North and South Bay with the San Diego 2 hour Harbor Cruise. Rates subject to change. A snack and full beverage bar is available. Hornblower does have handicap accessibility on some, but not all, of the yachts and decks. Call customer service to ensure handicap accessibility.
