Tours available daily.
Current schedule through Oct 29th: 9am to 6pm (last tour departs Old Town at 4pm finishing up approximately 6pm). Fall/Winter-(Oct 30-Mar 12): 9am -5pm (last tour departs Old Town at 3pm finishing up approximately 5pm). Closed Thanksgiving and Christmas Day. Times vary depending on season.
NOTE: Departure times vary by trolley stop location. For actual departure times, call the Customer Service number provided on your eTicket. Holidays, special events and traffic conditions may cause cancellations, delays or detours.
Special Events: Labor Day Weekend, Sept. 3-5; Old Town Dia de los Muertos, Balboa Park December Nights, December 2-3.
Reservation Notes
Reservations are NOT needed or accepted. Tickets can be used on any operating day within 12 months of the purchase date.

Children's prices are 4-12 yrs. of age. Children under 4 yrs. are free.
Notes
Face Masks are optional. Patrons with Tickets can board at any Old Town Trolley boarding location. Without an e-Ticket voucher or mobile ticket you must go to the ticket booth location with invoice order number. The Hometown Pass program is not valid for tickets purchased from trustedtours.com. Guests who call 855-629-8777 with their valid Hometown Pass ID number may purchase tickets with our phone representatives. Free parking is available at Stop A: Old Town State Park and Stop K: Balboa Park. Per the DOT, Service animals, such as seeing-eye dogs, are the only animals that are allowed on board the trolleys.
