A 90-minute panoramic trolley tour of Washington, DC with one stop.

It’s the perfect way to explore the city! We’ve carefully crafted our 90-minute tour route to maximize your time and get a great introduction to Washington, DC’s beautiful scenery and rich history.

We designed this tour specially for people that want a top-rated tour with less crowds. Experience over 230 years of history as your expert tour conductor relates the iconic stories, sights and landmarks of our Nation’s Capital! Join us aboard our custom-built Stadium Trolleys featuring stadium seating where every view is a great one.

The Trolley will make one (1) stop along the tour route at the Abraham Lincoln Memorial. While off the trolley, you can visit the Lincoln Memorial, Korean War Veterans Memorial, and the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Wall. You will have 30 minutes to take in the breathtaking views while your guide and the trolley wait for you to continue with their narration upon your return.

During the tour you also see other major sites around the Nation’s Capital, such as... the White House, Washington Monument, Untied States Capitol Building, Thomas Jefferson Memorial, Union Station, Franklin Delano Roosevelt Memorial, Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial, and the Smithsonian Museums. Be prepared for some really great photo opportunities.

Cruise down the Potomac River with direct routes between the Wharf, Old Town Alexandria or National Harbor. Beverages can be purchased on board. Transportation to/from pier.

ADA Accessible Information: The Wharf is fully ADA accessible, Alexandria is fully ADA accessible. Note: The docks are wheelchair accessible. However, if your guest is able to walk and have a foldable wheel chair our team can help with the wheel chair.

Reservation Notes

Old Town Trolley City Tour: Reservations are required. Date and time confirmed with booking. Reservation based tickets are non-refundable. You may reschedule up to 24 hours in advance of tour time by calling 202-832-9800 (option #4).
Water Taxi: Reservations do not need to be confirmed in advance of date selected. Walk up reservations are accepted at the ticket booth based on availability.

Water Taxi: Passes must be redeemed at the Alexandria, National Harbor and the Wharf Ticket Booths in exchange for timed tickets for the water taxi of your choosing. Please redeem your ticket at the ticket booth prior to boarding for each ride.
Docking Locations: The Wharf: 950 Maine Ave. SW, Washington DC.
Alexandria City Marina: 0 Cameron St., Alexandria, VA (located behind the Torpedo Factory Art Center)

OTT is not responsible for things left behind on the trolleys. Assistance animals, such as seeing-eye dogs, are the only animals that are allowed on board the trolleys.
